Here to serve with over 6 years of experience as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I have worked as a nurse (BSN-RN) in PCCU, telemetry, and Emergency Room, at our local hospitals. I graduated from University of Texas at Arlington with MSN-FNP degree in August of 2019, and from University of Texas Pan-American (now UTRGV) with a BSN degree in 2012. I am fluent in English and Tagalog, and speak Spanish very well. I have lived in Asia, Africa, and currently, America. I strongly believe in delivering culturally competent care and embrace diversity. I have been ingrained with the belief of wholistic healthcare as the mind-body-spirit triad, I am straightforward and will educate you on the things you need to do to care for your health. NO INSURANCE? WE TAKE PRIVATE PAY PATIENTS. Visit price depends on length of visit and procedures needed.

For prescriptions, make sure to let us know the pharmacy name, address, and phone number.

NOTICE: WE DO NOT REFILL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES OVER THE PHONE We require monthly drug testing(serum) and urine drug tests with each refill. Lost or stolen controlled medications will not be refilled without an official police report.

Misplaced controlled medications will not be refilled without a signed and written statement and this will be on official medical record. In addition, you will be referred out to pain management or psychiatrist.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ARE GIVEN AT 30 DAYS QUANTITY AT THE MOST PER REFILL AND SOMETIMES LESS. A REFERRAL TO AN APPROPRIATE SPECIALIST WILL BE GIVEN FOR THOSE INSISTING ON 90 DAY REFILLS.
